Packages starting as low as $200 (depending on property size and extent of damage)

Price Breakdown by size of property:

• Small (under 2,000 sq. ft.): $200

  Includes up to 2 hours of drone time, 10-15 aerial photos, and a 1-minute inspection video.

• Medium (2,000 - 5,000 sq. ft.): $300

  Includes up to 3 hours of drone time, 15-20 aerial photos, and a 2-minute inspection video.

• Large (over 5,000 sq. ft.): $400

  Includes up to 4 hours of drone time, 20-30 aerial photos, and a 3-minute inspection video with professional editing.

What’s Included:

• Aerial Photos:

  High-resolution aerial shots capturing the roof, structure, and key areas that need assessment (such as roof damage, structural issues, or other problem areas).

• Aerial Video:

  A 1-2 minute video providing a comprehensive visual overview of the property and roof, allowing for a detailed examination of the condition.

• Professional Editing:

  Basic editing with color correction, annotations (if necessary), and royalty-free music for video.

• Online Delivery:

  High-resolution images and video delivered via an easy-to-access online gallery or downloadable link.
  (USB delivery is available for an additional $45)

Add-Ons:

• Detailed Damage Report: $100

  A more in-depth report with marked-up photos, annotations, and a detailed explanation of findings, ideal for submitting to insurance providers or contractors.

• Live Video Streaming: $100

  For real-time video streaming of the inspection, allowing you or your team to view the inspection as it happens from any location.

• COMING SOON! Infrared (Thermal Imaging) Photos

  Capture heat signatures for areas that may be experiencing leaks, heat loss, or structural issues not visible in regular photos.
